  • Confirmation Letters: Confirmation letters will show the retail resort fee, but it will be adjusted to the group rate at check-in. Unfortunately, this field cannot be edited in the confirmation template
  • Reservation Security: A credit card is required to secure the reservation, but payment will only be processed at check-out. No prepayment is necessary.
  • Cancellation Policy: Guests can cancel or modify their reservations up to 72 hours before arrival
