The Pacific Chapter of WEDA represents the West Coast of the United States, including Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, and Canada: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba.

2026 WEDA Pacific Chapter Meeting

The 2026 WEDA Pacific Chapter Meeting will be held October 20th to 22nd, 2026 at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel in Newport Beach, California.  This year’s program focuses on advancing dredging practice through innovation, sustainability, and real-world application in coastal, estuarine, and inland environments.  The Pacific Chapter meeting brings together practitioners from across the West Coast, Alaska, and Hawaii to share project experience, emerging technologies, and best practices that advance safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible dredging.

Submission Instructions: Please submit abstracts to info@wedapacific.org. All submissions will be reviewed by the Pacific Chapter Technical Committee for technical merit, clarity, and relevance to the chapter’s mission.
