The Pacific Chapter of WEDA represents the West Coast of the United States including Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Hawaii and Alaska, Guam, American Samoa, and Western Canada.
The Board of the Pacific Chapter is pleased to announce that our Fall 2020 meeting will be going virtual. The meeting will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 2:00 to 5:00 PM PST.

The Pacific Chapter Board understands the need for us all to connect despite current limitations. We are working hard to make sure this half-day WebEx Virtual Meeting is beneficial to all our members. We hope to be back to business as usual soon for you to be a part of our Re-Scheduled 2021 meeting at the MOTIF in Seattle!
Proposed Program Summary: The 2020 Virtual Meeting is organized with its members in mind. The meeting will be kicked off by Chapter Announcements and Future Meeting Updates, then proceed with USACE Federal Dredging Program Presentation, Current Rule Updates, COVID-19 Lessons Learned and Safety Precautions, as well as other current and pertinent topics from invited speakers to help keep our members informed about the Western Region and what to expect in 2021.

Virtual Happy Hour: We all know one of the best things about the Pacific Chapter Meeting is the ability to connect with our colleagues and friends. We will be holding a Virtual Happy Hour immediately following the presentation for all who would like to attend, from approximately 5 until 6PM, PST.

Pacific Chapter WEDA Fall 2021 Meeting | Call for Abstracts
When: Where: | Call for Abstracts: Please limit your abstract to one page. Presentations on all aspects of dredging and disposal, navigation structures, environmental restoration, and related topics are welcome and presentations specifically relevant to West Coast issues or projects are encouraged. If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to give a presentation on that subject at the conference. You will not be asked to write and submit a technical paper.
